One of Niagahoster's best features is the Knowledge Base, this is a page that contains a collection of guides or information on various features in Niagahoster digital products. Due to the existence of updated tools, this page needs some adjustments, therefore with these adjustments, finally this design was also improved based on qualitative research through user interviews with 5 participants which were conducted by UX Researcher Niagahoster.
